Transforming spaces to nurture wellness

Sandhyaashree’s has been on a journey of self discovery for over two decades inspired by her restlessness and a desire for deeper fulfillment. Influenced by the Cosmic Trinity of Luck, she founded Catharsis in 2005, a platform that redefines success by embracing the ordinary as the foundation for the extraordinary. Through Catharsis, she guides others in optimizing their lives by balancing Heaven, Earth, and Human Luck.

Divya  has a background in legal education and worked as a corporate lawyer until 2023, after which she began assisting her family business with legal and administrative matters. Driven by a passion for art, she founded KAIRASSI in 2017, an NGO that creates opportunities and platforms for artists with disabilities, promoting a more inclusive society.

Divya and Sandhyaa are a dynamic aunt-niece duo with a deep and enduring bond. Sandhyaa, as a wellness coach, has always encouraged Divya to follow her life path and lead a fulfilling and enriched life. In 2023, KAIRASSI and Catharsis collaborated to create wellness calendars that promote disability inclusion and well-being for all their supporters. Through this project, they recognized the need to develop more products that enhance daily life and enrich experiences through creativity. This marked the beginning of ZRI and their journey toward the self-development of all individuals who wish to embark on this path.

Rheaa is an artist and designer with a master’s in fashion management, creating abstract works inspired by Impressionist art.

Krishna is a tarot counselor, whose artwork draws inspiration from their symbols and folk art. She aims to evoke thought and inquiry in viewers by merging abstract concepts with visual imagery.

Based in Chennai and diagnosed with Achondroplasia, Antony is an independent artist and full-time art teacher at a Special Education school, specializing in acrylics, prop design, and metal installations.

Karan, who has hearing loss, holds a Master’s in Graphic Design from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, and creates watercolour and acrylic paintings while working as a UI/UX designer in Bengaluru.

An English graduate from Women's Christian College, Chennai, Betsy, who has Asperger's Syndrome, immerses herself in writing, singing, and painting, drawing inspiration from the overlooked aspects of life.

An MBA graduate from the University of Madras, Lokesh is a passionate artist who is deaf and specializes in painting animals in various styles; he currently works in visual effects in Chennai.

Lokesh Thangam

An artist with hearing loss and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication, Simron passionately explores various art forms, using his vibrant imagination to connect deeply with the world.

Simron Magimairaj

A hearing-impaired Business Administration graduate from Vivekananda College, Chennai, Akash works in his family business and uses art to express his thoughts, showcasing remarkable technique in still-life and scenery.
